I will tell you seven simple tips that help you overcome your shyness. These tips help you to become socially confident.

Shy people prefer to spend their time alone or with a small circle of friends. They usually stick together in conversational groups and avoid taking the initiative. They don’t engage in social interaction with others.

Furthermore, shy people spend most of their time alone. Extreme shyness results in social anxiety and situations get worse.

I am sharing straightforward tips. If you apply this in your daily routine you can easily overcome shyness.

1. Live the moment.

In social situations, make a deliberate effort to be there. focus on being present. This will assist you in putting an end to your inner thoughts.

Focus on positive things around you such as nice weather, pleasant surroundings, or fascinating people.

Stay in the present moment by using your senses. Recognize the sounds, sights, smells, tastes, etc.

Breathe deeply whenever you sense your anxiety level rising. To relax, take a few deep breaths. If there is too much going on around you then excuse yourself and walk
