How to make business proposal by sellers to sell their products

A proposal / offer is defined as when sellers signify to buyers his willingness to do and / or to abstain from doing anything to sell his products.

The following shall be the contents in a proposal:

Terms of Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD), Payment in Advance (PIA), Cash before shipment (CBS), Letter of Credit (LC), and / or combination of Advance Payment with LC shall be mentioned clearly.

Validity of Offer: Time and date to be mentioned clearly in the proposal, because the proposal cannot be kept open for unlimited time period by the sellers for their products.
